Customer Service Associate

Role & responsibilities

 

  • Develop a deep understanding of our B2B SaaS products and services to effectively support our clients.

  • Onboard new customers, ensuring smooth and successful software implementation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and business objectives.

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering suitable solutions.

  • Conduct regular check-ins to review client usage, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to drive client success and satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding our products and services based on client needs.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer success processes within the company.

  • Vendor Management, ensure seamless execution of our orders placed with vendor.

Requirements/Eligibility:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 0 to 6 months of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools to analyze and present data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address client challenges effectively.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

  • Vendor Management: Ensure timely and seamless execution of vendor orders

  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present our value proposition, and build strong relationships.
