Flutter Developer
Role & responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of our B2B SaaS products and services to effectively support our clients.

Onboard new customers, ensuring smooth and successful software implementation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.

Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and business objectives.

Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering suitable solutions.

Conduct regular check-ins to review client usage, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to drive client success and satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding our products and services based on client needs.

Contribute to the development and improvement of customer success processes within the company.

Vendor Management, ensure seamless execution of our orders placed with vendor.
Requirements/Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

0 to 6 months of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools to analyze and present data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address client challenges effectively.

Proactive and self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
